quick note...
To my friends,
please pray for me this upcoming week. Part of me is dreading doing battle with my willful two year old that I help to care for. The adjustment to this new family has been an intense transition and I could use all the back up I can get.
Pray that the family and I can get used to one another and make a great team. The ultimate nanny challenge is now on. Go team...
And don't worry Candice I haven't forgot about you! I need your number so I can call you. Congrats on the job.
And Leigh...only how many sleeps till you get married?
I'm proud of you Molly! Keep working for your NZ dream. I miss you.
Chris, no not an elf. Maybe a dwarf?

16 sleeps DEE..16!!!
You'll get through to the 2 year old. They come around eventually, but until then, just keep telling him this, "I'M BIGGER THAN YOU SO YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME...YOUR MOMMY SAID SO!!!" And if that doesn't work, lock him in a broom closet till his parents come home.
sorry..not 16 23...OOPS! wishful thinking :)
Ah, the broom cloest!!!! Serously, a babysitter locked me in there for 3 hours once. I'm not lying. It was awful. Needless to say, that babysitter didn't get anymore gigs in the Spicer household. 22 years later and I'm still healing from the scars. As for dwarves, they hate being held upside down so it might not work between the two of you.
