For the first time I didn't fall asleep during the oscars.
I enjoy watching this ridiculous show that mirrors a highschool awards show. Complete with popular kids that no one likes and geeks who rock the boat. Go Hollywood High.
Admittedly the reason I watch is for the dresses. I love getting dressed up and seeing others all glammed out. This year's Oscars was probably the least scary. I think the stylists are getting their heads on straight. The stars may not be able to bend over or sit down comfortably but they look stunning.
So blah, there are the fluffy silly opinion quotiant for the day.
I succumbed to not touching my room today. I was a little bit broken. But tomorrow it's on.
One thing that is noticeable is how subjective opinion is. The oscars taught me this, opinion is temporary. Character is something that lasts a lifetime. Something I hope me and my friends strive for in ourselves. We have a responsiblity. A precious gift given to us that I think we know what it is. Something all the fame in Hollywood could never replace.
Well maybe a pretty dress might help...

You wanting me to start wearing dresses now? I think, Scott wears enough dresses for the both of us. Though, when he wears them I don't think glamorous.
As for goading poor, lovely, Molly -- the Napoleon bashing isn't even about that anymore. I just think that movie deserves a weekly verbal kick in the pants. Maybe to show that I do come in peace, I'll build her a cake or something.
