Artistic liscense renewed

After posting a series of photos, I am reminded of my love for art. I haven't done any serious work since my surgery. (which was almost two years ago now.) I can't wait to pick up my camera. I was recently given a Canon AE1 SLR from the 70's. Now all that is left is to go buy my favourite agfa black and white film and get going. There is something about getting lost in the process of capturing images.
I suppose I should start sketching again to. I have been stuck in a rut in that field. I have become obsessed with the human eye. That is all I have been able to draw for the past two years. I need to get out a huge piece of paper and do a large scale sketch like I used to do in highschool. I'm at a loss for subject material though. I haven't been able to feel any passion for anything I've started. My sketch book is to full of unfinished projects. How depressing. In my current condition of malady I really don't have an excuse. I supposed if I can't white water kayak *pout* I'll be content to create my own world instead. Any ideas out there? Anyone?
